Use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Tell the carrier the parcel contains a returned perfume bottle; follow its packing and labeling instructions.
For a broken bottle, contact the house before sending anything. Do not mail loose broken glass.

A same-scent refill is free; shipping & handling is $12.99. Switching scent or replacing a broken bottle costs $7 + $12.99 shipping & handling, for a total of $19.99.
Why must bottles travel by ground?
Perfume contains alcohol. Return bottles must be sent by ground only, using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
