Questions for the house
A little
clarity.
What is Extrait de Parfum?
Extrait describes a concentrated perfume format. All Scales scents are Extrait de Parfum, 30 mL, $49.99. Wear and projection depend on the scent, skin and climate.
How do lifetime refills work?
Return your empty bottle and the family refills the same scent free, for life. You pay $12.99 shipping & handling. Return the bottle by ground only.
How long does a 30 mL bottle last?
That depends on how often you wear it and how much you apply. There is no fixed duration. When your bottle is empty, the refill ritual begins.
Can I switch to another scent?
Yes. Switch-It-Up costs $7 plus $12.99 shipping & handling, $19.99 total. Choose your new scent in the refill flow.
How does the discovery credit work?
The Discovery Set includes five 5 mL clear slim spray atomizers for $19.99. The full $19.99 is credited toward your first 30 mL bottle using the code inside the box.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2–4 business days. Delivery takes 3–12 business days. Perfume travels within the US by ground because it contains alcohol.
What if my bottle breaks?
Broken bottle replacement costs $7 + $12.99 shipping & handling. For a bottle broken on arrival, contact the house within 7 days with a photo. Do not mail loose broken glass.
Are you affiliated with the referenced houses?
No. Scales Parfum is an independent house, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands referenced.
What do the scent references mean?
House and fragrance names identify scent character only. Every fragrance is offered under its own Scales name. References help you find a familiar scent direction.
Can I return my purchase?
All sales are final. The Switch-It-Up program offers a change of scent for $7 + $12.99 shipping & handling instead of a conventional return.
What does the wear profile tell me?
The wear profile offers guidance on intensity, longevity, seasons and occasions. These are estimates, not lab results; skin and climate vary. The notes pyramid is arranged from the supplied note list as a guide.
